My wonderful husband is off of work this week for his parental leave. He told me that he was kicking me out of the kitchen and taking over the cooking. Friday morning he began his meal planning and put on an apron (as pictured above) for inspiration to get in the chef spirit. So far we have had chicken cooked out on the grill and sweet potatoes, which was delicious, and some awesome Green Chili Beef Burritos (pictured below). I have been super impressed so far and cannot wait to see (and taste) what is for dinner tonight! :)
